Recognizing the significance of ?Atal Innovation Mission?, an
initiative of Niti Aayog which aims to give shape to young minds, our school
organized a ?Session on Developing Scientific Minds? under the guidance of Prof
Dhananjay V. Gadre. He motivated a group of 60 students by giving demonstration
of his inventions. The session was attended by students of classes VIII to XII.
Motivated minds then performed few electronics based activities. These young
innovative brains are the face of ?Atal Tinkering Labs? of our school.
Professor Dhananjay V. Gadre is with the
Electronics and Communication Engineering Division, Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology
(NSIT), New Delhi. He is currently working as an associate professor. He directs two open access laboratories at NSIT,
namely Centre for Electronics Design and
Technology (CEDT) and TI Centre for Embedded Product Design (TI--‐ CEPD). Professor Gadre is the author of several professional
articles and five books.
