The primary wing of DL DAV Model School Shalimar Bagh celebrated Social
Science day on 17th Nov 2016 with great fervor and zest.
The colorful cultural event presented by the students authenticated the
fact that social science has a unique relationship with art, history, music,
philosophy, community & technology.

The students exhibited a wide away of items made from waste is ?kabbad se
juggad and models based on various themes.
Such as: types of houses, monuments of india vamahotdav etc. the bulletin boards showed glimpses of Indian
freedom struggle, state on a pate, potters on social engulfing our country,
unity in diversity etc.
All the items displayed were prepared by the students as a part of their
project based learning methodology.
