Students celebrated their nation's 70th Independence Day with fervor. The school reverberated with chants of Vande Matram. The function augmented with flag hoisting and an inspiring speech by the Principal Ms Reena Rajpal The school choir presented a melodious rendition. Students dressed as our freedom struggle heroes presented a beautiful skit which was followed by a nukkad natak on the problems faced by today's nation and its solutions. Dance on the famous songs on patriotic theme was also performed. The guest of Honor was school alumni Mr. Ved Prakash(1992 batch), presently Session Judge at Rohini  Court.
