?Aavishkar quiz? was conducted for the students of classes I-V. The series motivated and engaged the students in the three fields of Science, Mathematics and Technology. The quiz included questions which demanded a student?s observational, experimental, inferential qualities. The quiz created curiosity, excitement and spirit of innovation and exploration.

The first round comprised a oral quiz which had questions from the three subjects. The top scorers were shortlisted for appearing in the second round of the quiz.

The second round included of five teams with two students each and comprised of the following-

1.    oral round

2.    Rapid fire round (a set of 5 questions to be answered within 30second)

3.    Puzzles round (each team was given  a puzzle to be solved)

4.    Buzzer Round (all teams were given 10 questions and they had to answer it on the basis of who pressed the buzzer first)

The inquisitiveness quotient of the students was measured through this quiz series and the winners declared were enthusiastic about participating in the next stage.
