DLDAV Model School, Shalimar Bagh celebrated its Annual Function on 25^th December , 2015 at Talkatora Stadium.  The theme of Appo Devo Bhava Enlightenment of the self-exhorted all to illuminate ones self and, thereby, the entire world with positivity, wisdom, benevolence, tolerance and Progression.    The Principal, Mrs. Reena Rajpal, presented a report to give the audience a glimpse of the proud moments and achievements of the school in the entire year.Thereafter, the arena transformed into a feast of vibrant hues and synchronized performances as students took over the stage, transporting the spectators to different locations and cultures from exotic Spain, Egypt, Africa and China, to the exuberant Punjab in India.  While the tiny-tots won hearts with their charming dance moves, the senior students enthralled all with a zestful Bhangra. The audience thoroughly enjoyed and applauded the beautiful performances.  The event culminated with the finale.  Urging all to endeavour for World Peace, Prosperity and Harmony.
