Title : Hour of Code -Day 1 celebrated in school

Computers are going to be a big part of future... and that future is yours to shape. As rightly quoted by President Barack Obama ,our future is ours to shape. We can only pave our way to achieve our dream future destination. Now a days technology surrounds us like air , it?s present everywhere. The kids are comfortable and confident around technology. It's a natural part of our world as we have grown up seeing it around. Mr. Obama said ? Don't just play on your phone , program it. We don't have to have ambitions to be the next Steve Jobs to learn computer programming. In fact, coding is so simple, even kids can learn. As the need of the hour is technology, the Computer programming is the most sought after skill in today's job market. Programming is recognized as a useful and necessary skill that should be taught prior to graduation. Think of Computer programming  like writing out a recipe. Without a recipe that explains what to do and when to do it, a cook wouldn't know when to chop or stir or heat the ingredients. Computers are just like cooks; you must specify what you want the computer to do and explain how it should be done to get the desired result. We may think that computer programming is complicated, but it really isn't. Even young children can learn computer programming. it is often asked when to begin learning computer programming. The answer is - today!'Hour of Code' is the largest learning event in the history. The Hour of Code is a one-hour introduction to computer science, designed to demystify code and show that anybody can learn the basics. Every student should have the opportunity to learn computer science. It helps nurture problem-solving skills, logic and creativity. By starting early, students will have a foundation for success in any 21st-century career path. The goal of the Hour of Code is not to teach anybody to become an expert computer scientist in one hour. One hour is only enough to learn that computer science is fun and creative, that it is accessible at all ages, for all students, regardless of background.Learning programming is  not a shortcut to building an earthshaking app or a certain path to a dream job. It's a great beginning and a solid foundation to build on.
